Shipping

• Shipping is free on every order across India.
• Orders are typically dispatched in 3–8 days from the time you place them.
• Once your order is shipped, we send the tracking details to your registered email address and mobile number.
• Placing a custom size or need it urgently? WhatsApp or email us before ordering and we'll give you a straight answer on timeline.

Cancellations

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: full refund to your original payment method.
• After 24 hours: your piece may already be in production, so cancellations are refunded as store credit for the full amount.
• Custom sizes and finishes cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 2 days of delivery with:

• an unboxing video, recorded continuously from the sealed package to the product, without cuts. This is mandatory: claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
• clear photos of the damage or defect.

Please don't accept a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged.

Once we approve your request, you can choose:

• a free replacement, or
• a full refund to your original payment method, or
• store credit for the full amount.

We will arrange the pickup at no cost to you. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories, for the return to be accepted.

Change of mind

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind once your order has been delivered in good condition. In exceptional cases, at our discretion, we may accept a return for store credit. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds and store credit

• Every request is reviewed by our team, and we confirm the outcome within 2 working days of hearing from you.
• Store credit is issued within 24 hours of approval, has no expiry, and can be used on any product.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. If the item is being returned, this is counted from when we receive it. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
• Deductions apply only if a returned item comes back damaged, incomplete or without its original packaging, and we will tell you before making any.

Q1. When will I receive my order?

A1. As per our Delivery Policy, our orders are typically shipped between 3-8 days from the time of order placement. This is a reference timeline, as the delivery time may depend on the item ordered and the shipping address.

Q2. How will I know when my order is shipped?
A2. We shall be sending you a notification on your registered email address and your registered mobile number (if you have opted for the SMS alerts) as soon as your order is shipped along with the tracking details of the same. If you find any problem with tracking your order, please drop us an email and we shall help you out!

Q3. How can I get in touch with you?

As soon as we receive your message, someone from the relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q6. I received an item which I did not order. What should I do?

Q7. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
A7.  This is another rare case where an item is damaged while in transit due to reasons beyond our control. Please contact our customer support team and we shall help you out on a priority basis. More details on Return & Refund Policy page

Q8. Is there any place or a store I can have a look at your products?
A8. We do not have a physical store in any city yet. We sell only online and deliver worldwide!

Q9. I have sent you a query. How soon can I get a response?
A9. Our regular working timing is from 10 AM to 7 PM IST. You can expect a response to your query within 4-8 hours (max) during this time.

Q10. Can I order with COD option?
A10. No, due to the nature of our products we do not offer COD option. 

Q11. It's past the expected and communicated timeline but I still have not received my order. What should I do?
A11. There can be unforeseen reasons/situations which are beyond our control that can cause such a delay. Although it's a rare case to happen, we take full responsibility if such a situation arises with your order. Please contact our customer support team and we shall provide you a resolution in your best interest.

Q12. What if I refuse the delivery of my order. How will I get my refund?
