Q1. When will I receive my order?

A1. As per our Delivery Policy, our orders are typically shipped between 2-10 days from the time of order placement. This is a reference timeline, as the delivery time may depend on the item ordered and the shipping address.

Q2. How will I know when my order is shipped?
A2. We shall be sending you a notification on your registered email address and your registered mobile number (if you have opted for the SMS alerts) as soon as your order is shipped along with the tracking details of the same. If you find any problem with tracking your order, please drop us an email and we shall help you out!

Q3. How can I get in touch with you?

Q5. I do not want to keep my order. What can I do?

Q6. I received an item which I did not order. What should I do?
A6. Though this is a rarest of the rare cases, we have got you covered! Please contact our customer support team and we shall help you out on a priority basis. More details on Return & Refund Policy page

Q7. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
A7.  This is another rare case where an item is damaged while in transit due to reasons beyond our control. Please contact our customer support team and we shall help you out on a priority basis. More details on Return & Refund Policy page

Q8. Is there any place or a store I can have a look at your products?
A8. We do not have a physical store in any city yet. We sell only online and deliver worldwide!

Q9. I have sent you a query. How soon can I get a response?
A9. Our regular working timing is from 10 AM to 7 PM IST. You can expect a response to your query within 4-8 hours (max) during this time.

Q10. Can I order with COD option?
A10. Yes! We offer COD option for orders below Rs. 3999/-.

Q11. It's past the expected and communicated timeline but I still have not received my order. What should I do?

A11. There can be unforeseen reasons/situations which are beyond our control that can cause such a delay. Although it's a rare case to happen, we take full responsibility if such a situation arises with your order. Please contact our customer support team and we shall provide you a resolution in your best interest.

Q12. What if I refuse the delivery of my order. How will I get my refund?
