Q1. When will I receive my order?
A1. As per our Delivery Policy, our orders are typically delivered between 2-4 weeks of from the time of order placement. This is a generalized timeline, as the delivery time may depend on the item ordered and the shipping address.
Q2. How will I know when my order is shipped?
A2. We shall be sending you a notification on your registered email address and your registered mobile number (if you have opted for the SMS alerts) as soon as your order is shipped along with the tracking details of the same. If you find any problem with tracking your order, please drop us an email and we shall help you out!
Q3. I cannot see any contact number on your website. How can I get in touch with you?
A3. Please drop us a message from the Contact page on the Website or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your query and someone from the relevant team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q4. How can I cancel my order?
A4. As per our Cancellation Policy, you can cancel your order if your order has not yet been shipped. Please drop us a message from the Contact page on the Website or write to us at email@example.com with your cancellation request and we shall help you out. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel the same.
Q5. I do not want to keep my order. What can I do?
A5. Please refer to our Returns Policy and drop us a message/email if you do not wish to keep your order and want to return the same. We shall take it forward accordingly.
Q6. I received an item which I did not order. What should I do?
A6. Though this is a rarest of the rare cases, we have got you covered! Please drop an email to us with the picture of the item you received and we shall help you out on a priority basis.
Q7. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
A7. This is another rarest of the rare cases where an item is damaged while in transit due to reasons beyond our control. Please drop us an email with the picture of the item you received and we shall help you out on a priority basis.
Q8. Is there any place or a store I can have a look at your products?
A8. We do not have a physical store in any city. We sell only online and deliver worldwide!
Q9. I have sent you a query. How soon can I get a response?
A9. Our regular working timing is from 10 AM to 7 PM IST. You can expect a response to your query within 2-4 hours (max) during this time.
Q10. Can I order with COD option?
A10. We do not have the COD option at the moment.
Q11. I am being asked to pay a Customs Fee for my order at the time of delivery. Why? What should I do?
A11. We have certain exclusive products which are shipped from outside India. In the rarest of the rare cases, there is a possibility that the customs have levied a fee on the same. Such a situation is beyond our control, but we have got you covered! Please pay the fee at the time of delivery and email us the receipt of the same. We shall immediately provide you a refund of the amount you have paid.
Q12. It's past the expected and communicated timeline but I still have not received my order. What should I do?
A12. There can be unforeseen reasons/situations which are beyond our control that can cause such a delay. Although it's a rare case to happen, we take full responsibility if such a situation arises with your order. Please drop us an email and we shall provide you a resolution in your best interest.
Q13. What if I refuse the delivery of my order. How will I get my refund?
A13. Refusing the delivery is not suggested and does not guarantee you a refund. If you do not wish to keep the order, please return it to us as mentioned in our Returns Policy. Once the item is shipped and received at our warehouse, we shall help you with your refund.
