Orders are typically dispatched in 3–8 days from the time you place them.

Placing a custom size or need it urgently? WhatsApp or email us before ordering and we'll give you a straight answer on timeline.

Cancellation

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it — just reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it.

Return/Exchange

We've got you covered if the wrong product arrives, there's a quality or manufacturing defect, or the package arrives damaged (please don't accept a visibly tampered or damaged package — snap a photo if you can). Write to us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and once approved, pack everything back up exactly as it arrived and we shall arrange a return.

Because every piece is made to order for you individually, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind once it's been delivered in good condition.

Refunds

All refunds — whether from a cancellation or an approved return — are issued as store credit with no expiry, so you're never in a rush to use it. For cancellations, credit is issued as soon as your request is confirmed. For approved returns, credit is issued within 2–4 days of receiving the item back intact (minus any damage or handling costs, if applicable).
