Typically, our orders are delivered within 10-20 days of time, depending on the stock availability. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If you have an urgent order, please check with our customer support team to get an estimate of the delivery timeline, before you place the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do the same within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact our support team to help you with the same. Once cancelled, we shall initiate your refund as store credits which you can use without any time limits.
As a Brand Policy and due to the fragile nature of our products and complexities of reverse logistics, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.
A product is only eligible for return when:
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation. Please note that our products are handmade and there might be a slight variation in the shade of the actual product and the image shown on the screen due to the screen resolution and photography effects also.
- If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect in the received product.
- If the package is received in a damaged condition. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery. Do take pictures of the package and share with us, if possible.
- Any product delivered defective/damaged or wrong should be reported within 5 days of the delivery
IMPORTANT – Please make sure you record a complete product opening video, starting from opening the package, when it is delivered to you. In the rare case of a damaged/incorrect order delivery, this VIDEO IS A MANDATE to be shared with us along with your complaint to help us provide the best resolution for you.
Please return the products in their original packaging. Double-check that you've included all the attachments that came with your order. Once the product is returned to us in the original condition, we shall initiate your exchange or refund as store credit, minus any damages or overheads, if applicable.
