Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of our country. Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty. Now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do the same before the order is shipped. We would not be able to cancel the orders which are already shipped.

RETURNS

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns for change of mind and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us at our Fulfillment & Trading Office in China. We do not cover return postage fees. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake, we will consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs.
