Please make sure you record a complete product opening video, starting from opening the package, when it is delivered to you. In the rare case of a damaged/incorrect order delivery, this VIDEO IS A MANDATE to be shared with us along with your complaint to help us provide the best resolution for you.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do the same before the order is shipped. We would not be able to cancel the orders which are already shipped.
Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns for change of mind and all sales are final. If you still do not wish to keep the product, you shall have to send the product back to us at our Fulfillment & Trading Office in India. We do not cover return postage/shipment fees. That has to be borne by the customer.
If you refuse to accept the order delivery, same shall not be considered as a 'Return' and we won't be able to guarantee any refunds in this case. If you do not wish to keep the order, please return it to us as suggested above.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment office in the same condition as they were delivered to you, we will initiate your refund or exchange, whichever is agreed upon with you. All the decisions shall be taken on a case by case basis.
Refunds/exchanges will be considered only under circumstances where we made a mistake or the product is damaged or has any issues. We will require you to first send us a complete package opening video and/or pictures showing the damage/problem and upon inspection, we will let you know whether it fits our criteria for return/refund/exchange. If approved, we shall get the product picked up and initiate refund/refund voucher/exchange once it reaches us in the same condition, minus overhead costs, if any. We may ask you to send the product back to us at our Fulfillment & Trading Office in India, only if the same is required by our team. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
